Collection: Carbonneau, Pat

Pat Carbonneau’s artwork depicts that of inner experiences. Painting from emotion and experience leads Pat to produce work of different subjects and styles, ranging from figurative to pure abstract. An overarching theme in her work, regardless of subject is the exploration of unconscious energies. This often points to issues that are both personal and universal.

Drawing from her career as a psychologist, much of Pat’s artwork depicts journeys of healing and discovery as well as all the feelings we hold onto on our personal paths. Pat’s series of female figures, a common reoccurring subject in her work, explores the many aspects of a woman’s journey in life, from boundaries and barriers to companionship and freedom.
