Pat Carbonneau’s artwork depicts that of inner experiences. Painting from emotion leads Pat to produce work of varying subjects and styles. An overarching theme in her work is the exploration of unconscious energies. This often points to issues that are both personal and universal.

Drawing from her decades long career as a psychologist, much of Pat’s artwork depicts journeys of healing and discovery as well as the feelings we hold onto. Themes of boundaries, barriers, companionship and freedom often appear in the forefront of her work.
