“Art has been an ever present part of my life. My paintings capture the world around me in vivid splashes of colour that evoke the mood of a scene. After a career in business spanning many decades living and working in Canada, Calgary, China and Europe, I am currently back home in Ontario immersed in teaching and painting full time. My travels and experiences in different countries greatly influence my artwork. You’ll find scenes of nearby hiking trails, vacations in Europe, gardens I visit, and even my own. Nature in all its forms provides endless inspiration for my work.”
